6-22-09. So today after work, I thought, wouldn't it be nice to have my own costume design for the X-Men? So I doodled around and thought of my own X-Men line up. When thinking of the line up, I knew Phoenix and Wolverine HAD TO be involved. Hands down. With them included came Cyclops. And when I was doodling around, Rogue was the one I doodled first. And I always liked how I draw Beast. So I had my line up. So with the costumes, I included some movie version stuff, and stuff from past costume designs to each character. Tried to find some unity in the costumes as well. Hence the popped colars. Bringin' back the 80's, yes. I found it kind of difficult to come up with a costume for Phoenix without it looking not Phoenix-like. So I referenced my friend, Jamie's costume design for Phoenix, with his permission of course. So props to him.
